Refund Policy

At Teeprinto, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom T-shirt purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Please read the following terms to understand how our return and refund process works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Custom T-shirts that have been personalized with your design or text are eligible for return only if there is a defect in the product, such as printing errors or damages during shipping. We do not accept returns on custom-made products for any other reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@teeprinto.in or Whatsapp 9791745773 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  1. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Teeprinto will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The amount refunded will be the price of the item, excluding any shipping costs.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom T-shirts that have been personalized with your own design or text (except in case of defects or damages).
  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
