1. Order Cancellation
- Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before your order is processed or shipped. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for fulfillment and processing.
- Cancellation Window: You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellation may not be possible as production of custom T-shirts could have started.
